Last autumn, we strengthened our presence in Sweden through the acquisition of Level21 in Västerås. Today, we take the next step with the opening of a dedicated office in the city, expanding our footprint in one of Sweden’s most technology-intensive regions.
Technology consulting company TMC has acquired (embedded) software specialist Sioux Technologies NV, the Belgian entity of high-tech solutions provider Sioux Technologies, headquartered in Eindhoven. Over the past 25 years, the specialist has built a strong reputation and supports customers such as Atlas Copco, Antwerp Space, and Synamedia with complex software challenges. The acquisition strengthens TMC’s software expertise and its position in the Belgian market.

We’re proud to share that we’ve acquired a majority stake in Level21, a management consulting firm based in Västerås, Sweden. This partnership strengthens our local presence and broadens our service offering in Sweden, adding senior management consulting capabilities to our strong foundation in technology and engineering. For Level21, joining us means gaining access to an international network, deep technical know-how, and new growth opportunities.
We are stepping up our buy-and-build strategy to further strengthen our position in high-tech and digital consultancy. With the renewed shareholder structure involving Apheon and MML Capital, we are now able to complement our organic growth with a more ambitious acquisition approach. Our goal: four to six acquisitions a year.
Hightech consultancy firm TMC has acquired Adventec Consulting, a fast-growing French engineering firm based in Lille. The acquisition strengthens TMC’s service offering in the French market, particularly in the railway sector, while it provides Adventec’s team access to a global market and more capital to support its growth.
We’re excited to announce the opening of our newest office in Geneva, Switzerland. With 38 offices in 17 countries and more than 2,800 highly qualified scientists, engineers, and digital experts, our mission remains the same: supporting companies of all sizes across industries in realizing their most ambitious technological and engineering projects.
On May 5th, TMC opened its second office in Portugal. Following the success in Porto, the company has now set its sights on Lisbon. The ambitions are big: while TMC Portugal currently employs 60 employeneurs, that number is expected to grow to 150-200 by 2030. The expansion aligns with broader goals: strengthening international collaboration, broadening the service portfolio, and improving connections with both clients and employeneurs.
The energy transition is in full swing, but there’s still a lot of work to be done. We are increasingly executing impactful projects for our clients in this domain. TMC experts Joost Eleveld and Niek Elferink deal with this complex issue daily. How do they envision the future of the energy transition?
The Northeast branch of high-tech consultancy company TMC has officially opened the doors of its new office in Arnhem. TMC Northeast currently employs 200 employeneurs across its offices in Hengelo and Groningen. The goal is to scale up to 500 employees by 2030, with 150 based in Arnhem.
We are pleased to announce our continued partnership with Apheon as our lead investor and partner investor MML. Apheon has reaffirmed its commitment to TMC by reinvesting with additional capital raised through an Apheon-controlled vehicle, ensuring long-term strategic alignment. Together, Apheon and MML will provide the capital and expertise to support TMC’s ambitious plans for strategic expansion and acquisitions.

Engineerspecialist TMC neemt met WEB voor het eerst een bedrijf in de regio over. TMC groeit daarmee naar 1000 hightech-engineers in Brainport, die werken vooral voor ASML en DAF.
De Belgisch-Nederlandse techconsultant TMC koopt de Belgische tak van Sioux Technologies. Na enkele deals in andere landen keert TMC daarmee voor overnames opnieuw terug naar ons land.

Ett globalt bolag planerar att skapa 60 nya jobb i Västeråsregionen inom tre år, efter att ha köpt en majoritetspost i ett lokalt företag. Teknikkonsultbolaget TMC köper en majoritet av managementkonsultbolaget Level21 i Västerås. Affären stärker TMC:s närvaro och tjänsteutbud i Sverige, enligt ett pressmeddelande.

TMC, het hightech-consultancybedrijf dat onder leiding van de Belgische CEO Emmanuel Mottrie is uitgegroeid tot een wereldspeler, bereikt een nieuwe mijlpaal in zijn ambitieuze groeitraject.
De Amsterdamse beurs kent twee gezichten: enerzijds succesvol in internationaal opzicht, met het aantrekken van bedrijven en beleggers – anderzijds worstelend met haar dienstverlening aan snelgroeiende middelgrote Nederlandse bedrijven, op zoek naar kapitaal.
Na vijf jaar verschroeiende groei, wil consultancybureau TMC met een nieuwe aandeelhouder verder op het ingeslagen pad. Een kolfje naar de hand van de ceo, West-Vlaming Emmanuel Mottrie. “We zijn op weg naar 10.000 medewerkers.”
De Belgisch-Nederlandse techconsultant TMC krijgt samen met een aandeelhouderswissel ook de beschikking over een nieuwe oorlogskas. TMC trekt ermee al opnieuw op overnamepad.
Oerlikon Eldim manufactures and processes parts for aircraft engines. They resell these parts to parties which themselves supply engines to large aircraft manufacturers such as Boeing and Airbus. As there was a lack of capacity and appropriate competences in the analytical field, Eldim called in TMC. Michel Werts, Senior Process Engineer at TMC stepped on board to help improve the efficiency of Eldim’s production processes. Together with his manager Sylvain Mégard, he tells us about their cooperation that went sky high in no time.
Lamers High Tech Systems specializes in the development, engineering, construction, qualification and implementation of installations, modules and machine parts for the transport and control of ultra-pure gases and liquids. These installations and products are manufactured under cleanroom conditions. TMC's Geert van Lin has the honor of temporarily filling the role of production manager of assembly in this rapidly growing production organization. Richard Wortelboer is operations manager at Lamers HTS. He gave Geert free rein.
Neways develops and supplies electronics that contribute to key sustainability themes. More than 2,500 Neways specialists worldwide focus on developing future solutions for charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, electric power trains, digitalization of medical solutions, sustainable agricultural applications, microchip production and more. One of these specialists is Joey Bink, who has already opened many new horizons for Neways as project leader from TMC.
With climate targets set for the next several years, the automotive industry is evolving and increasingly focused on electrification and sustainable driving. Bosch Transmission Technology aims to keep pace with this trend and start producing products for this new sales market. Bosch can put its core competencies to good use for these ‘future core’ products. But new challenges inevitably emerge in the process. Employeneur and Process Engineer Sander de Vet was called in to support Bosch. Together with his manager Patrick van Eerd, Technical Director at Bosch, he explains how that has worked out.
Swedish company Elekta provides radiation therapy, radiosurgery, related equipment and clinical management for the treatment of cancer and brain disorders. Due to new medical legislation and regulations (MDR) in Europe, the company must improve or supplement existing design and production documentation where necessary. They get help from six TMC employeneurs.
MegaGroup improves people's lives by making water solutions accessible. With the opening of new, strategically placed warehouses, the Dutch company is strengthening its market position. Employeneur Joep van Ierland was asked for support by an old acquaintance in his network. As Astro project manager, he took responsibility for integration of the WMS software used at the first warehouse in Poznan (Poland) at the new semi-automated warehouse in the same region. Iranian industrial designer Afrooz dreamt of living abroad – at least for a while. After some years of working in her home country, she felt it was ‘now or never’. She quit her job and moved to Spain to get her master’s degree. Not in English, as was her original plan, but in Spanish. Through hard work, an eagerness to learn and perseverance she obtained her degree and eventually became an employeneur at TMC Spain. ‘Industrial design is the ideal combination of technology and art.’
“There are very few diagnosis techniques for Alzheimer’s disease. Most patients are simply diagnosed based on the symptoms that they have. There is a huge opportunity in this field; the earlier this disease is detected, the sooner you can start with medication and the more effective the treatment.”
