We’re proud to share that we’ve acquired a majority stake in Level21, a management consulting firm based in Västerås, Sweden. This partnership strengthens our local presence and broadens our service offering in Sweden, adding senior management consulting capabilities to our strong foundation in technology and engineering. For Level21, joining us means gaining access to an international network, deep technical know-how, and new growth opportunities.
Founded in 2002, Level21 specializes in operational management consulting with a strong focus on project management, digital transformation, and technological transitions. The company is known for its powerful execution and measurable results. Level21 works with international corporations such as Epiroc, ABB, Hitachi, and Svenska Kraftnät (SvK) across the energy, mining, and infrastructure equipment sectors. With a team of over 40 consultants, Level21 expects a turnover exceeding SEK 90 million in 2025.

Level21 will continue to operate independently under its existing leadership team. The current owners, Peter Modig, Henrik Linder, and Beatrice Björk, remain shareholders and will continue to lead day-to-day operations.

Technology consulting company TMC has acquired (embedded) software specialist Sioux Technologies NV, the Belgian entity of high-tech solutions provider Sioux Technologies, headquartered in Eindhoven. Over the past 25 years, the specialist has built a strong reputation and supports customers such as Atlas Copco, Antwerp Space, and Synamedia with complex software challenges. The acquisition strengthens TMC’s software expertise and its position in the Belgian market.
