About this vacancy
As a business manager at TMC, you build your own team of employeneurs who work on the development and optimization of innovative products and processes within areas such as machine building and the high-tech industry. The main tasks of a business manager are: · Approaching and selecting the right people for your own team; · Maintaining client relationships and building new ones; · Collaborating with clients on technical assignments and assessing which team members can execute them; · Guiding your team members. We aim to be a good and impactful employer for as many people as possible.
What we expect from you
· You have completed a (technical) education and have an HBO+ work/thinking level; · You are naturally curious, enjoy uncovering every detail in conversations, and place people at the center of your approach; · You are proficient in Dutch and English; · The technical sector appeals to you; · You have experience in recruitment and/or sales.
