About this vacancy
As a business manager at TMC, you build your own team of employeneurs around you who work on the development and optimization of innovative products and processes in areas such as machine engineering and the high-tech industry. The main tasks of a business manager are: · Approaching and selecting the right people for your team; · Maintaining client relationships and establishing new ones; · Collaborating with clients on technical projects and assessing which team members can execute them; · Guiding your team members. We strive to be a good and influential employer for as many people as possible.
What we expect from you
· You have completed a (technical) education and possess HBO+ working/thinking level. · You are naturally curious, eager to get to the bottom of things in conversations, and you prioritize people. · You are proficient in Dutch and English. · The technical sector appeals to you. · You have experience in recruitment and/or sales.
