Jana van Aardt (33) moved from Cape Town to the Netherlands in 2019. Since January 2025, she has been working from TMC’s Eindhoven office as Compliance & Sustainability Officer. It’s a role right at the intersection of doing things the right way and building a company that’s ready for the future.
