We proudly announce the acquisition of Mobilee, a management consulting company specialized in digital transformations. Mobilee was established in 2004 and offers strategical and operational support to public as well as private organizations that are going through a digital transformation. We are now joining forces to optimize our services from both ends. The security of a big investor as TMC, offers Mobilee the opportunity to grow even faster autonomously. For us, the acquisition is a great way to broaden our services with this expertise at the intersection of business and IT.

Mobillee will remain independent, where the management team, in the persons of Leander Bloemers and Bert Bakker, continues their operations. The 75 consultants of Mobilee will naturally also continue their activities and projects as they did before the acquisition. The company’s name and their office location will remain unchanged.

Over the past 25 years, the specialist has built a strong reputation and supports customers such as Atlas Copco, Antwerp Space, and Synamedia with complex software challenges. The acquisition strengthens TMC’s software expertise and its position in the Belgian market.
