We expand our international presence to a new continent with a talent hub in Tunisia. The new office opens the doors to the African market. TMC aims to attract more talent from this region to involve them in regional and international projects. This way, TMC is strengthening its position as a global service provider with local experts. “Our goal is to grow to 10.000 employees in 2030. To do so, and to provide top-notch services to our clients around the world, opening this talent hub is a logical next step,” says Emmanuel Mottrie, CEO of TMC.
TMC has been expanding to new locations around the world since 2014 and now has 25 offices across 13 countries. With its own ‘Employeneurship’ model, engineers, scientists and digital experts get lots of freedom combined with the security of a long term contract. Emmanuel Mottrie: “In order to sustain our growth, we must explore new recruitment markets. We have observed that our approach to work and employeneurship is gaining traction globally, and this is highly encouraging as we strive to spread our organizational culture and framework.”
The new office will be led by Irina Chevalier, CEO France PACA, and Nassim Daoudi, International Director TMC, because of their extensive knowledge on the Tunisian market and global engineering.
The decision to enter Tunisia is because this talent hub helps TMC realize their ambitious growth strategy. The presence in Tunisia allows the company to take advantage of the rich talent the country has to offer and its strategic location as a gateway to the African continent. The new hub in Tunisia will enable TMC to enhance its service delivery capabilities for its clients in the region, particularly in custom software and application development, life sciences, and digital transformation. The company believes that this expansion will strengthen its position in the global digital services market and increase its ability to provide innovative, high-quality solutions to its clients.
